Lessons Learned in the Kitchen

Recently on the “Inspire” Podcast, we had the privilege of hearing from Ryan Montalto of Montalto United Insurance Agency about his journey to the insurance business. Though he was an unlikely player, he achieved great success after transitioning from the restaurant business.

Because his family owned several restaurants, Ryan practically grew up in the kitchens, washing dishes and bussing tables. After graduating from Auburn University, Ryan set his sights on continuing the family business and opening up a restaurant of his own.

Ryan Montalto Family

As Ryan’s own family started to grow, he wanted to prioritize making memories with them — rather than working his days away at the restaurants. After searching for ways to provide for his family in addition to having enough time to really connect with them, he was introduced to the insurance industry — and the rest is history.

Ryan found his passion in life insurance, and he carries with him the lessons he learned from watching his parents work hard. We are so thrilled to have Montalto United as the newest member of the Integrity Family.
