June 1, 2020 – The Integrity family has come back to the office — and we’re focused on working together safely and responsibly. After weeks of supporting our Agents, Agencies and Carrier partners remotely, we’re once again collaborating in person while carefully following rigorous office guidelines and protocols designed to help ensure everyone’s safety.
Our guidelines include proper social distancing, wearing masks in common areas, routine cleaning and sanitizing of workspaces, daily temperature checks and more. We know we work and serve better when we’re together. But when it comes to the safety and well-being of our valued and trusted team members, shortcuts are simply unacceptable.
May 15, 2020 – Every day at Integrity, something special happens — we take time to come together for our “Inspire” podcast. It’s an opportunity for everyone in our company to learn from industry leaders and legends about ways to be more successful in business and in life. And to celebrate the inspiring stories and achievements of members of the Integrity Family.
Our “Inspire” guests draw from decades of experience. They’ve seen it all over the course of their careers — and they provide perspective that can help us meet our own personal and professional challenges. It’s a privilege to be able to spend time with these remarkable individuals as they share their wisdom. It’s one of the best things about being part of Integrity!

Preparing to return to the office — safely.
May 11, 2020 – These past several weeks have been an unprecedented time in our history. Through it all, our teams working remotely have continued to meet the needs of the Agents, Agencies and Carriers that depend on us. Now, we’re looking forward to a safe return to our offices — and careful preparations are underway to help make that possible.
We believe we’re much more efficient and effective when we’re working together. That’s why we’re creating guidelines to help everyone at Integrity come back to the office safely. They include stringent protocols for social distancing, employee health, office sanitization and more. All to help us get back to working and serving in the way we do best.
On the road to success, help goes both ways.
April 23, 2020 – Everyone gets stuck from time to time. It’s just how life works. Sometimes you’re the one who needs help getting back on the road to success. Other times, you’re the one who can help get someone else moving in the right direction.
We should never hesitate to ask for help — and we should always be ready to give it. Helping each other through challenges big and small gives us real strength. And gaining strength from unity is what being part of the Integrity family is all about.
Overcoming adversity through unity.
April 10, 2020 – Sometimes we can get stuck in a rut — especially in unique circumstances like the ones we’re currently experiencing. We find ourselves in situations that keep us from moving forward the way we want to. We need help getting back on the road to success.
Fortunately, you’re never really as stuck as it might seem. Because help is all around you. The Integrity family is filled with experienced leaders who are ready, willing and able to advise and assist. All you have to do is reach out and ask.
With the right help, there’s always a way to overcome adversity. No challenge is too big for us to tackle when we work together and stay closely connected.
A gift that should never be taken for granted.
March 27, 2020 – As we continue to support the needs of our Agents, Agencies and Carrier partners, many of us have been given a truly rare gift — the gift of extra time.
Since we’re not commuting to and from our offices each day, we have more time to spend with family, friends and other loved ones. When we can’t be with them in person, we’re reaching out to them by phone and on video chat. Family is one of Integrity’s core values. We’re grateful for this unique opportunity to reconnect with the people who matter most.
The extra time is also helping us improve ourselves and our business. We’re doing more reading, reflecting and planning — and we’re checking in regularly with you, our valued partners. All so we can emerge renewed and ready to serve you even better when life gets back to normal.
Like you, we hope that day comes soon. Until then, count on us to be there for you — time after time.

March 13, 2020 – As you know, the coronavirus is having an impact on business and society. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those impacted by the situation. We believe this soon will pass, but like you, we’re watching the situation closely — and we want you to know we’re committed to supporting you and your business in every way possible.
We wanted to give you a few updates on what we are doing to prepare in advance of this situation.
First of all, our offices are open and we are working our normal office hours. In the unlikely event that we have to close our office, we want you to rest assured that we have implemented plans that will allow us to continue to support your needs without interruption. We started working on our plans well in advance of this and we have made preparation for employees to work remotely and to continue their day-to-day responsibilities so that you will continue to receive the world-class support and service that you deserve.
