Richard began his career in Financial Services, but quickly gravitated toward Medicare. Working first for Humana and then UnitedHealthcare gave him a solid foundation for the founding and ultimate success of LifeSmart Senior Services.

Richard has immersed himself in every facet of Medicare Advantage sales and distribution, always holding true to his core principle of “Putting the Client First”. Interprofessional and interagency collaboration are hallmarks of the effective health, education and client solutions LifeSmart Senior Services provides.

Richard and his wife Victoria have fostered an atmosphere of trust across their business. They share a deep commitment to treating clients, affiliate partners and employees with loyalty, dignity and respect.
