Blair Farwell is the President of Resource Brokerage, LLC, and a Managing Partner at Integrity.
Blair joined Resource Brokerage in 1999 and has helped make Resource Brokerage a respected group benefits leader in the Midwest. In his role, Blair regularly provides consulting to insurance carriers’ home offices on industry trends, product creation and systems development. He also provides services to licensed insurance agents on the nuances of carrier contracts and product positioning in the marketplace.
Blair attained his Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant designations through The American College. He has also completed a number of insurance-related classes through The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
As an approved educator by the Illinois Department of Insurance, Blair develops and presents continuing education curriculum to hundreds of licensed agents each year throughout the state. He is an accomplished industry writer and subject matter expert, having contributed many articles in nationally circulated insurance-related publications, including A.M. Best, Health Insurance Underwriters and Broker World magazines.
In addition to his extensive insurance background and training, Blair is a graduate of Hope College in Michigan, where he earned a degree in business administration and communications. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, cycling, skiing and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
